Ordering a Class Ring

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute is one of only a few schools in the country where the class ring is re-designed by the students. Each year, the sophomore class selects a ring committee to design a ring specifically for their class. Our committee members brainstormed and collaborated with an artist from Balfour to create a unique design reflective of the memories and ideas special to our class. They strived to gather the most important elements of the Rensselaer experience, such as the Union Arch, and the Approach steps to reflect our class' experiences and memorable events while on the RPI campus to serve as a reminder long after they have graduated.

Any member of the Class of 2011 may order the official ring of the Class. Balfour has gone through great lengths to ensure the quality and selection of our ring is of the highest standards. Ordering is simple. Visit Balfour's Class of 2011 Ring page to browse and design your personalized ring. One can order online at any time. (It is recommended to have the ring finger measured using a professional jewelers steel gauge rings instead of the printout finger sizer, available at any jeweler.)

Balfour will also return in the spring semester of 2010 to take ring orders. Many example rings will be available for the more tactile decision maker, and will offer very flexible payment options and a solid warranty.

Payment Options

• A Plan for Everyone
  Balfour offers payment options for every budget and every ring. These are the current options available for online ring purchases.
• Payment-in-full
  Pay for your ring in one easy payment using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
• Credit Card Installment Plan
  Leave just a $75 deposit when you place your order. The remaining balance is divided into six equal payments. Subsequent payments will be charged at one-month intervals with no interest.

Warranty

• Resize your ring.
• Remake your ring if degree or year changes.
• Clean and polish your ring.

• Protects your ring against loss or theft within four years of purchase.
